Yes, listen to audiobooks…
if you don’t already, audiobooks are a great way to bask in some wisdom or inspiration. You can learn about something that’s just for you. You don’t have to be peacefully seated, uninterrupted, or struggling to stay awake as you read in bed!
Perhaps you just need an escape from reality a bit? A good mystery or sweet love story (any other Notebook fans with me?) can be just what you need to take your mind off of endless anxiety loops.

As I’ve said before, don’t use things like this to completely avoid dealing with issues that need handling, but when you need a small check out, audiobooks are great. They fit into a busy mom’s lifestyle.
Personally, I love listening to audiobooks and use Audible. It’s my go-to. I still consume regular books as well, but audiobooks are my treat to myself. I listen to them in the car, on my walks, or while I do dishes (headphones are helpful here)!
